Philosophy
Up to the present days we have not heard about Russian companies that produce high-quality furniture panels out of birch in the same quality and volumes as does our company.
High quality gluing, natural solidity of Russian birch, guaranteed grading and absence of crook of the panels minimize further rejecting by the Customer – the so called “hiden defects”.
Ecological purity is not on the last place. We guarantee ecological purity of our products.
Standard thickness and standard format are unified with main formats slabby materials (ADI, WFS, plywood) which simplifies Customer’s cut out chart.Sphere of Application
We produce four grades of furniture panels depending on natural flaws (defects) on the panel surface: A/B, A/C, B/C, C/C.
The first letter means the grade on the face side, the second letter means the grade on the back side.

2 variants: whole bundle is wrapped with polyethylene film or each and every panel is shrinked with polyethylene.
Packaging of furniture panels is carried out onto non-return pallets of width and length corresponding to panels’ dimensions. The package is formed of panels of the same grade, the same length and width. The number of furniture panels in the package is determined with measuring of each and every panel. The package is wrapped with a polyethylene film from six sides and tied with a metal band across hard corners as not to damage the panels. Every package has the labels with the name of producer, description of goods, wood species, dimensions, quantity, volume. The label is packed in a waterproof film and fixed on long sides of the pallets.
Each and every panel can be shrinked with polyethylene. Further technology of packing is similar to mentioned above.
