Russian Birch «#3 Common» grade lumber is manufactured and graded in accordance to National Hardwood Lumber Association (the USA) rules.

Boards of this grade are used for manufacturing of furniture, moldings and joinery.

Grading of Russian Birch «#3 Common» boards is carried out on the poor face which must meet «#3 Common». The better face can meet «#3 Common» or higher grades.
